How is an apartment home different from an apartment?

An apartment home offers many amenities not usually associated with rental units. These include direct access garages with remote electronic openers, fireplaces, private entrances, high quality appliances and fixtures, patios and balconies, ceiling fans, attractive clubhouse and pool, and a variety of floor plans.

What is the cost to rent a garage?

Each home has its own one or two car garage. The price of the garage is included in the rent.

Where is the garage located?

The garage is attached to your home with its own inside entrance. Each garage has its own electronic door opener so you can drive in, and enter into your home.

What else is included in the rent?

In addition to your garage, you are provided with snow removal, on call maintenance, a clubhouse facility with exercise room, swimming pool and spa.

Do you permit pets?

Pets are allowed provided they are kept indoors. An additional security deposit of $450.00 (of which $250.00 is nonrefundable) is required plus a veterinarian's letter stating the pet is in good health. For dogs under 50 lbs and cats, there is an additional rental charge of $45.00 per month. For dogs over 50 lbs there is an additional cost of $85.00 per month. Dogs and cats must also be over one year of age.

Do you provide window treatments?

All homes have mini blinds fitted into window casements and vertical blinds on sliding doors. You may personalize your windows with additional drapes and curtains.

What is the length of the lease?

Lease terms are generally for one year. However, you have the option of a 60 day termination clause upon your lease signing. Corporate furnished apartments can be provided at shorter term, normally at a higher rental rate.

Who pays for utility cost?

Rent is exclusive of utilities. Gas for heating and hot water, electric for lights and water/sewer are separately metered and billed on a monthly basis as well as trash removal.

What money is required and when?

There is a $20 nonrefundable fee due at the start of the application process. The security deposit of $500.00 is payable at the time of acceptance and the signing of the lease. The first month's rent is due prior to occupancy.

Are the apartment homes suitable for home offices?

Computer “idea center” and multiple phone lines to each apartment.
